Situated by the River Nene in Peterborough is Railworld, a unique place for railway heritage and a nature trail (and also starting point for the Nene Valley Railway). There are various railway exhibits, models railways (some you can control yourself), a beautiful and impressive nature trail and a small snack bar. It is also situated by the 'real railway' so you can see full size trains from a viewing area as well as the models!
